GPBC Ministry Area
Community Development
Seeking the welfare of our city.
The ministry’s purpose
Strengthen families and neighborhoods
The Community Development Ministry exists to uplift families and strengthen neighborhoods through practical care, educational support, and faithful service. The Church is called not only to proclaim the Gospel, but also to be a tangible expression of God’s love in the community.
This ministry area points toward pathways of opportunity while keeping the hope of Jesus at the center of compassionate service.
“Seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you… Pray to the LORD for it.”
Jeremiah 29:7 (NIV)
